He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Hornby and Lynne Hornby; his sibling Allyson (Corbin); and his grandmother Joan Hornby. He was also cherished by his aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of Chris' life will take place once Covid restrictions are eased.
