We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2018 we had to say goodbye to John Chase (Westmount, Québec). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent John Chase; and his siblings, Theresa Chase, Dorothy Chase and Winston Chase. He is survived by: his parent Hilda Chase; his friend Raymonde Madon; and also, Stanley, Jesse, Adam and Katy.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of choice.
