She was predeceased by: her spouse Bill Snip; her parents, George W. and Ruth Thomson; and her sisters, Georga Breissinger and Wilma Thomson.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Snip (Irene Hildebrandt-Snip) of Ancaster, Elizabeth Snip (Kevin Muscat) of Toronto and Mitch Snip (Kerry) of Kitchener; her stepgrandchildren, Sara, Lukas, Andrew, Daniel and Mark; and her sibling George Thomson (Helen).
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Kitchener-Waterloo Humane Society would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
