He is survived by: his wife Anne; his daughters, Laurie (Dan), Heather (John) and Bonnie; his grandchildren, Luke, Londa, Steven, Jonah and Ben; his close friend Pat; and his siblings, Wayne and Eleanor. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
