He was predeceased by: his mother Jeannine Deschamps of St-Luc. He is survived by: his father Michel Cooke of Trois Rivieres, QC; his close friend Katie Shaver; his children, Jaydan and Brianna Cooke; his sister Nancy Cooke (Robert Laganière) of Champlain, QC; the mother of his children Jennifer Cooke; his godson Joey Laganière; his nephews, Alex and Noah Laganière; his niece Maude Laganière; and his godfather Jean-Claude Deschamps.
