He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Petley and Ruth Wellwood. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Anne Petley; his stepchildren, Ellen (Gordon) and David; his granddaughters, Shelby and Chelsea; and his great grandchild Jemma.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Dementia Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
