He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jayashree Pavate; his children, Chintamani and Veeresh Pavate; and his grandchildren, Tejas and Rishi Pavate.

A reception was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Coopérative Funéraire de L'Estrie (485 Rue du 24-Juin, Sherbrooke, QC J1E 1H1).
