He is survived by: his wife Vickie (Blake); his children, Erica (Rob Huybregts), Ashley (Ryan Blackstock) and Brad (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Cadence, Piper, Gunner, McKenzie, Sophia, Daxon and Lily; and his siblings, Jeannie (Harris Bobbitt) and Roger.
