He is survived by: his wife Anne Ward Bennett; his children, David (Donna), Peter (Marg), Sandra (Andy), Stephen (Liz), Bruce (Jocelyn) and James (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jason (Nancy), Duane (Françoise), Katie (Matt), Adam (Tina), Jesse (Morgan), Stephanie (Max) and Michael (Katharine); his great grandchildren, Allysia (Alexis), Olivia, Westley, Linkoln, Kyah, Taeo, Isla and Bo; and his siblings, Eileen Clarke (late Charlie) and Robert Bennett (Nicole).
Due to Covid-19 restrictions a private family burial will take place at a later date.
