She was predeceased by: her husband André Laprise; her parents, Dorothy Beland and Theodore Beland; and her sister Diane Beland. She is survived by: her children, Jay (Christine) and Tammy (Chris); and her brothers, Mike (Elaine), Pat (Valerie) and Albert.
