He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Miner. He is survived by: his child Kaessie (Joey Campbell); his grandchildren, Samantha, Kaytlin and Rebeca; and his stepgrandson Jeffrey. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
