She was predeceased by: her husband Sydney; her son Christopher; her parents, Leo-Paul Bérard and Murielle Newberry; and her siblings, Gilbert and Marguerite.

She is survived by: her children, Elroy (Tammie), Bruce (Caroline) and Kris (Kayla); her siblings, Raymond, Jeanne, Arc (Roy), Bernadette, Mario (Lisa) and Nicole (Peter); her grandchildren, Joshua (Liana), Nicholas, Audrey, Sheyann, Jaycie, Charlotte, Leo and Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Finley and Mac; and her pet Chico. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
