He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lalonde and Ola Wadreff; and his brothers, Daniel (Rena), Maurice and Kenneth (Elizabeth).

He is survived by: his wife Wendy Lalonde; his children, Leona (Jeff), Amanda, Danny (Holly), Davey (Janet) and Donna; his grandchildren, Dennis (Chantale), James (Tiff), Becky (Phil), Joey, Isaac, Emma, Bentley, Scarlet, Jay, Sabrina and Dominique; his great grandchildren, Layla, Owen, Xander, Ben, Chasten, Karsen and Ryder; and his siblings, Dorothy (Murray Hart), Gerald, Thelma (late Ray Pratt) and Theresa Jesmer (late Stanley). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
