It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Aitken Sim (Senneville, Québec), who passed away on March 20, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Rita; his children, Iain (Eliane), Marjorie (Dan), Andrew (Loretta) and Stuart (Linda); his grandchildren, James, Matthew, Daniel, Olivia McKeown, Nicholas and Chloe Sim; his sister Jean (Charles Hemphill); and his friend Scotland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lakeshore General Hospital or the Bayview Centre.
