She was predeceased by: her husband Kazimierz Kalandyk. She is survived by: her daughters, Renata (Tony Cardillo) and Margaret (Andrew Derzsy); her granddaughters, Amanda (Alan Bogos), Kristina (Michael Barrett) and Samantha; her stepgrandsons, Sean and Kyle; and her great grandchildren, Sara, Zoe and Aidan.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Breast Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
