We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2021, at the age of 93, Blanche Comeau of Schefferville, Québec, born in Meteghan, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphe Melanson and Lizzie Melanson (LeBlanc); and her siblings, Alphonse, Elie, Henri, Philomène and Louise.
She is survived by: her husband Désiré; her children, Guy (Connie), Martins River, Paulette Comeau, Jean Louis, Andre (Karen) and Valmon (Anne); her siblings, Theodore (Jacqueline), Lydia Saulnier and Antoinette Theriault; and her grandchildren, Mathieu, Nicholas, Michel, Simon, Dominic, Serge, Jean-Luc, Luc, Philip, Jake and Callum.
Due to the current Covid-19 provincial restrictions, a private funeral mass will be held in Église Sacré-Coeur, Saulnierville with Rev. Hospice Akoffodji officiating.
