He was predeceased by: his wife Lisette Dubois. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Kathiana), Paul, Judith and Brigitte (Martin); and his grandchildren, Andrew, Lloyd, Cassandra, Ryan and Jack.
In lieu of flowers donations to the diabetes foundation would be greatly appreciated.
