He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy Small and Mary Fowler (Maisie); and his brother Len (Monique Paquet). He is survived by: his sisters, Kathleen and Maureen (late Terry Lowry); and his nieces and nephews, Bernard, Gabrielle Lafleur, Vicky, Glen Small, Erika, Neil and Adam Lowry.
