He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Claire (Mike) and Madeleine; his stepchildren, Anne (Cate), Brian (Lea), Dominique (Ken) and Luca; his grandchildren, Lucie, Rose, Tessa and William; his stepgrandchildren, Dalia, Jema, Liev, Noah and Vivienne; and his sisters, Jessica (Greg) and Judy (Dave). He is also survived by nephews, extended family and many close friends.
