He was predeceased by: his parents, Francois Desautels and Aurore Desautels; his sisters, Raymonde Duval and Lorraine Desautels; his brothers-in-law, Alain Sabourin and Armand Duval; and his nephew Marcel Duval.
He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Sabourin (late Alain) and Robert Desautels (Debbie).
