He was predeceased by: his former wife Rachel Faucher. He is survived by: his wife Micheline Daoust; his children, Bobby (Christine) and Susan (John); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Stephen (Jodi), Cooper, Andrew, Lauren (Nick) and Emily; his stepgranddaughters, Samantha (Mike) and Christina; and his brother Jim (Pat).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests all donations be made to the Theresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence.
