The passing of Jacob Andrew Patrick Guay (Saint-Eustache, Québec) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 5, 2025 at the age of 20. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Nancy Lyn Morin (Kris De Pauw) and Mario Guay (Noella Robert); his siblings, Bella, Nicholas, Jeremy and Kariane; his grandparents, Andre, Monique Morin and Helene Guay; his uncle Patrick Morin (Shannon McClure); and his great-aunt Suzanne Gagne. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Les Salons Funéraires Guay (146 Rue Saint-Louis, Saint-Eustache, QC J7R1Y2).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The Terry Fox Foundation (terryfox.org) in Jacob's name. The Terry Fox Foundation will be conducting research to understand why Jacob's treatment was unsuccessful, with the hope of helping others in the future.
