He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hazel Skye and John Zachary; his wife Laura Zachary; his children, Jonathan and Kristen; his children-in-law, Nancy and Jamie; his grandchildren, Mattias, Nathan and Olivia; his siblings, Marlene, Ralph, Wayne (late Shirley), Ronnie (Martina), Kevin (Laurie), Karen (Johnny) and Louis; his sister-in-law Rosemary; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia, Cheryl, Travis, Kyle, Sheena, Amy, Jeffrey, Joshua, Danika, Patrick and Wally.

In lieu of flowers, it's his wish for donations to be made to either the United Church, Kahnawake Fire Brigade, or the Kateri Memorial Foundation.
