He was predeceased by: his brother Stewart (Louise). He is survived by: his wife Judith Johnson; his daughters, Cynthia (Jean) and Lisa (Bradley); his grandsons, Ethan, Jayce and Rylan; and his siblings, Rudy (Dee) and Linda. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
