He was predeceased by: his father John Cooke. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Cooke; his siblings, Brenda Cooke, Larry Halifax (Aggie) and Ronnie Cooke; his niece Emma Marotte Halifax (Simon); and his nephew Oran Marotte Toronto (Chimi).
