She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman J. "Happy" and Bessie A. Seymour (Bryant); and her brothers, Edward F. Seymour and Gary B. Seymour. She is survived by: her husband Wendell E. Hocking; her sons, Todd A. Hocking and Trevor K. Hocking; her grandchild Ashley Faye Hocking of Springfield; and her sister Mary Lou Seymour-Smith (Robert Smith) of Jacksonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Franklin Cemetery Association or to the Kumler United Methodist Food Pantry.
