It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Katharina (Straka) Ribicki (Pointe-Claire, Québec), who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Heinrich Ribicki; her brothers, Hans and Joseph; and her grandson Aidan. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (late Brigitte) and Michael (Natalie); and her siblings, Traudl (Helmut) and Ernst (Helga). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
The family will receive condolences on October 30th between 1PM and 2PM immediately followed by a service in the chapel of the Collins Clarke Funeral Home at 5610 Sherbrooke St. W. Unfortunately, due to Covid restrictions, there will be no reception following the funeral service; however, attendees are welcome to remain after the service to share their memories of Kathe.
