He is survived by: his wife Theresa Sliz; his daughter Andrea; his brother Henno (Denise); his brother-in-law Ted (Marie-Hélène); his niece Émilie-May Sliz (Jean Frédéric Pépin); and his nephews, Paul Sliz (Angela), Robert Sliz (Kim) and Jonathan Sliz (Hélène).
