He is survived by: his wife Mariam Melki; his son Elias Salame (Norma Issa); and his siblings, Adnan Kassouf, Mouna Kassouf, Elie Kassouf, Ramzy Kassouf and Daad Mourad. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
