She is survived by: her children, Ivan (Penny), Peter (Karen) and Tom (Dana); her grandchildren, Katherine (Craig), Rob (Claire), Shane (Jill), Chris, Corey, Michael, Dan (Jade), David (Vanessa), Nick (Kate), Michelle, Kristina and Andrew (Erin); her great grandchildren, Emily, Jamie, Grayson, Emma, Ryan, Blair, Charlie, Oliver, Cole, Will, Elliot, James, Liam and Matthew; and her husband Karel.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be gratefully received in Olga's memory by the Fondation La rue des femmes for the Olga House for homeless women.
