It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Mary (Pelley) Armstrong (Outremont, Québec), born in Pictou, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Pelley and Aline Eloquin; her husband Douglas Murdoch Armstrong; her children, Lynda (Richard), Pamela and Douglas; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Chelsea (Jason), Richard, Matthew and Brandon.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the West Island Palliative Care Center.
