He was predeceased by: his wife Marylin Burgess. He is survived by: his daughters, Kim (Terry), Katrina and Tanya (Eric); his grandchildren, Krystle and Ashley; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Chloe. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
