He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Starnes and Edna Scott; and his brother Dale. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill, Perry (Kathy Hayes), Elda (late Jim Porter), Esther, Irene (late Jacques Racine) and Ruth (Richard Archambault). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, also many aunts, uncles and many other family members and friends.
