“Dear Frank and Anna and families, You probably do not remember me, nor my wife Susan. We lost my sister Vincenza in October. That is a very painful experience. However, losing a mother is even more painful. Susan lost her mother 2 years ago and we understand the pain you are going through. Even if your brain tells you that she did not suffer, believe us, it is no consolation. The loss is real and it is painful. The only consolation is that time does heal. So give it time.
