She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Dubrofsky and Lena Dubrofsky; her husband Seymour Katz; her daughter Eileen Katz; her grandchildren, Douglas Naimer, Scott, Dina Naimer, Jill Naimer, Jonathan Abrams, Stephanie Katz, Martin Nadeau, Jason Katz and Elizabeth Jessee; her great grandchildren, Ben, Anika, Theo Naimer, Jamila, Fatimah Osborne, Zachary, Nicholas, Olivia Abrams, Gabrielle and Fynn Levadi; and her siblings, Sadie Shatz and Sam Dubrofsky (Jack).
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Katz (Sydney Streicher), Kenny and Lise Katz.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7).
