He was predeceased by: his sons, Bobby Sailofsky (Lillian Sailofsky) and Steven Sailofsky; the mother of his children Sybil Proctor; his wife Lila Goldberg; his sister Shirley; his siblings-in-law, Hy Bernstein (Mac), Martin and Rhoda Proctor; and his parents, David Sailofsky and Anne Sailofsky.

He is survived by: his son Bruce Sailofsky (Dvorah Finestone); his grandchildren, Jennifer Sailofsky, Brian Gutenplan, Jonathan Sailofsky, Christina Malanos, Sybil Sailofsky, Brandon Bower, Daniel Sailofsky and Maddy Orr; and his great grandchildren, Michelle Spinner, Myles Spinner, Brady Gutenplan, Gaby St Martin, Jory Gutenplan, Daniel Dahan, Mackenzy Gutenplan, Savannah Sailofsky, Dakota Sailofsky, Isabelle Bower and Eva Sailofsky. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7).
