He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Lerman and Annie Spector; his siblings-in-law, Max and Rose Whiteman; his brother Paul; and his siblings-in-law, Sheila Lerman and William Whiteman.
He is survived by: his wife Carole Rae Whiteman; his children, Allan, Sharron, Mark, Cheryl, Francine and Barry; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Whiteman. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family, and many friends.
