With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joan Simand (Montréal, Québec), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 4, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mel and Leila. She is survived by: her children, Leah (Matthew), Jacob (Ann) and Ben (Emma); her siblings, Bernie, Carol (Peter Seidman) and Anita; and her nieces and nephews, Shaina, Justin, Rachael, Matt, Troy, Josh and Sarena.
Graveside service on Thursday, February 6 at 11:00 am, at the Mount Royal Cemetery, 1297 Foret Rd. Joan was involved with many causes- in her memory you may donate to Magen David Adom, (https://www.cmdai.org).
