He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Bussières and Marguerite Godin; and his siblings, Jacqueline, Georges and Pierre.

He is survived by: his wife Marie Duhamel; his sons, Bernard Bussières (Anne Catherine Tavenas), André Bussières (Karine Bernard), Éric Bussières, Vincent Duhamel (Anne Charron) and Thierry Duhamel (Gayle); his grandchildren, Pascalle, Stéphanie, Olivier, Louis, Frédérick, Léa, Sébastien, Maïa, Philippe and Solan; his great grandchild Noa; and his siblings, Claire and Jean.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
