With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Bernadette Souaid of Montréal, Québec, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Souaid and Hafiza Souaid; her husband Albert K. Habib; her sister Laurice Boojady (Raymond); and her siblings-in-law, Gerry Habib (Jeanne) and Leona Assaly (George).
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Jay Goldman), Leslie and Mark (Jeannette Doiron); her brothers, Marcel (Pauline) and Norman (Edith); her grandchildren, Lauren Goldman (Owen Thomas), Dana Goldman, Jenna Habib (Pablo Gandara), Kate Yafalian (Manuel Eggenberger), Ben Habib and Lisa Yafalian; and her great grandchildren, Emilia and Enzo. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. George Orthodox Church or to the Cedars Cancer Institute.
