He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Pokrass and Soryl Pokrass; and his brother-in-law Sheldon Cutler. He is survived by: his wife Irene Evdokias; his sister Natalie; his stepchildren, Lara Borboudakis, Joe Carusella, Marc Borboudakis and Anny Plamondon; and his grandchildren, Julia, Alissia, Elyot and Kyanne. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon O, Montréal, QC H3R2G8).
