He was predeceased by: his parents, Libero Cafazzo and Angela Cafazzo. He is survived by: his siblings, Franco (Alexandra), Gerry (Silvana) and Silvana (Angelo); and his nephews, Matthew, Christopher, Anthony, Danny and Franklin. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated in his memory.
