He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Jerry and Paul; his sister Jacqueline; his uncle Gaston; and his parents, Robert (Jeanne Harvy) and David (Rachel Malka).

He is survived by: his wife Stella Harvy; his children, Michele (Samy Saadia), Robert Harvy and Jonathan Amar (Kelly Trager); his siblings-in-law, Albert, Maguy, Lisette, Sylvain, Benjamin, Anita and Maryse; and his aunt Celine. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, family, friends.

A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Paperman & Sons (3888 Rue Jean-Talon E, Montréal, QC H2A1Y7). A shiva was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 and on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6500 Chem. Mackle, Côte Saint-Luc, QC H4W3G7.
