He was predeceased by: his parents, Michele and Giuseppina; and his siblings, Nicola Late (Giovannina), Donato (Maria) and Pierino (Maria-Antonietta).

He is survived by: his wife Maria DiCriscio Cinquino; his children, Michael (Nadia) and Nadia; his grandchildren, Samuel, Emma and Samantha; his parents-in-law, Angelo and Concetta DiCriscio; and his siblings, Giovannina (late Antonio), Antonietta (late Donato), Maria (late Donato), Lucia (Nicola), Giuseppina (late Nicola) and Lina (Vito). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
