She was predeceased by: her spouse Mr Earl Hornett; her children, Laurinda and Caroline McGovern (late Jean Côté); and her grandson Jonathan. She is survived by: her children, Mc Feat (late Scott Mc Feat), Jean McGovern Clark (Wayne Clark), Christine Mc Kelvey (Mike Mc Kelvey), Maryline McGovern (Mario Gareau), Steven McGovern and Allan McGovern; and her grandchildren, Scott, Tony, Kevin, Kathleena, Michael, Shawn, Stewart and Allen. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
