He was predeceased by: his parents, Hester Draper and Sereno Ramsay; and his sisters, Joan (Earl) and Shirley (Lindsay). He is survived by: his wife Martha Picard; his son Dale Ramsay (Darlene); and his grandchildren, Brittany, Sabrina (Eric), Shawn (Zoe), Briana and Brandon. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends.
