He was predeceased by: his wife Angie; his parents, Hadla Ferris and Fayad George Mackarous; and his siblings, Norman (Emma Mackarous), Eddie (Denise Barette) and Lottie (Lionel Rochon).
He is survived by: his sister Mary; his children, Linda, Donna (Pierre Catellier), Anthony (Laura Farrugia) and Karen; his grandchildren, Krista (Reg Duffy), Jonathan (Kristin Taylor), Kelly (Gwyn Warren), Matthew, Kayla (Joshua Coburn), Ellis, Adriana, Nicholas, Marco (Jessica Musyj) and Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn, Isaac, Spencer, Emma, Sophia, Grace, Shea, Haylie and Olivia. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Under the current COVID-19 circumstances, a visitation will not take place and a private family service will be held.
