He is survived by: his children, Ekamiel and Azalea (Astrid); his grandchild Soraya; his father Andres Amable Valdez; his sisters, Florangela and Valentina (Louis-Philippe); his nephews, Lorenzo and Mathias; and also Gloria Altagracia Taveras. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
