As Heather departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Heather may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Heather leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Jay and Helen Macbeth. She is survived by: her daughters, Carole (Leo) and Nancy; and her grandchildren, Deidra, Marissa (Dan), Olivia (Justin), Patrick and Monica. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rideau Funeral Home (4275 Bd des Sources, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B2A6). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Heather's memory can be made to the Fédération québécoise des Sociétés Alzheimer or the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
