She was predeceased by: her parent Archibald Baillie of Laval; and her brother Bob. She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Baillie of Laval; her spouses, Hendrik Smeets and Henri; her children, Lorraine (Jonn), Heather (Tom), Catherine (Joseph), Felix and Mark; and her sister Sharon (Hans).
In lieu of flowers, donation can be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
